Thank you for visiting our website where we hope that you are enriched with the resources that you are searching for. I would like to take a moment and introduce myself.  My name is Rachelle A. Perkins; For the past 20 plus years I have worked in the field of Supported Employment; It is my passion.  I attend Lindenwood University where I completed my studies and received my Masters’ of Arts Degree in Communications - Training and Development.  I completed my undergraduate degree at Fontbonne University where I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communication. As part of my professional experience, I am also a certified Early Childhood Director for the state of Missouri.

My strong desire to help the members of our community to reach their next level in life is what kept me in the field of Supported Employment.  I believe that each of us are capable of learning and executing new skills for the enrichment of our lives.  This belief has increased my desire to utilize my skills in leadership and direction.  My professional, education, and training have taught me how to identify the necessity for, and the methods to promote, supported employment literacy.

In founding PEOPLE OVERCOMING WITH EVERLASTING RESULTS, INCORPORATED (POWER, INC), my main goal is to create the opportunity to make meaningful and personal contributions to the lives of families in our community. Our ultimate focus is on the families that care for loved ones with special needs.  The staff at PEOPLE OVERCOMING WITH EVERLASTING RESULTS, INCORPORATED (POWER, INC), are professionals who are God fearing believers.
